To be held outdoor at the De Anza Trailhead Ramada on S. Abrego on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 2pm.
This meeting was scheduled to convene after the Annual Meeting on March 31, 2021 at the Abrego East Center but the space was reserved from 3pm-5pm and we ran out of time. According to our By-Laws, the Organizational meeting should take place within 10 days after the Annual meeting but, due to extenuating circumstances, it was necessary to extend that time line by a few days.
