Hello Fellow DM3 Homeowners!

For your reading enjoyment, you will find the Unapproved Minutes of our August 13, 2025 HOA Board Meeting posted to our website desertmeadows3.com.

Things to be aware of:
Abrego South is temporarily closed with no word, as yet, when it may reopen which is why the meeting was moved to Las Campanas.

Bees are active and may be aggressive. Please be vigilant when out walking. If you see hive activity, the pest control company you use can remove and relocate the hive.

The Grounds and Weeds Committee will begin inspections again in September after the Monsoon rains.

The Community Yard/Craft Sale will be scheduled for the first part of November. More information on that will be coming out soon.

Monsoon rains have not been as active this year so brush is pretty dry and the area between the back of San Vincent and the Frontage road, which is ADOT property, is overgrown. We will be contacting FireWise to evaluate our neighborhood and advise us on ways to mitigate fire danger. More information will be coming out soon.

There will be one opening on the Board for the February election. The Nominations Committee will be sending out information in October.

The next HOA Board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 3:00pm. It will be held at Abrego South unless they are not open by then in which case you will be notified of location.
