Desert Meadows 3 is an age restricted (55+) community, consisting of 223 lots and governed by the elected, volunteer Desert Meadows 3 Homeowners Association Board of Directors formed November 26, 1973. The Board meets quarterly and homeowners are encouraged to attend. The Annual Membership meeting takes place in February. Several social gatherings and potlucks, graciously organized by our Social committee, take place throughout the year.
A friendly but quiet community with mature landscaping and well maintained homes with large lots. An Architectural committee that oversees any cosmetic or structural changes to the outside of our homes and yards to help protect our property values. A Board of Directors who dedicate many volunteer hours because they care about this community and its future.
Located between I-19 Frontage Rd and S. Abrego Dr. and E. San Vincent Dr. and E. Santa Rebecca Dr., we are close to shopping, banking, and commercial services, as well as, Green Valley Recreational Facilities, community gardens, area wildlife, and hiking trails.
