Pictured with Bob Leanna is his daughter-in-law Nola. Bob received just over 100 birthday cards from family, neighbors, and friends!
The Sheriff’s Auxiliary, the Fire Dept., the Legion Riders, a couple of golf carts, about 20 vehicles, and several pedestrians turned out for the surprise drive by this morning to wish Bob a very Happy Birthday.
Bob was presented with a birthday banner, a personal birthday cake, balloons, and a jar full of 200 Hershey’s kisses. 100 wasn’t enough because Bob is twice as sweet!
Green Valley News, Channel 9, and Channel 4 were there to cover the story. When asked what he thought of all of this Bob replied, “I just can’t believe all of it. This is wonderful. Thank you so much!”
