Hello Fellow DM3 Homeowners!
Our Board meeting took place on Wed, August 17, 2022. The Unapproved Minutes are on our website www.desertmeadows3.com.
The Grounds & Weeds Report was done before these last Monsoon bursts of liquid sunshine when things were looking pretty good. Please try and stay on top of your weeding before it starts looking like a jungle. The next inspections will be done in September/October. An Eblast will be sent out notifying you of those inspections ahead of time.
The 2019 CC&Rs have been taken off of the website and the 2006 CC&Rs are posted on the website. The CC&R Revisions Committee will be working to revise the 2006 CC&Rs. That meeting is set for Monday, August 29, 2022 from 1-3pm at Abrego South if you are interested in attending.
The Green Valley Council has issued a request for a Communications Specialist from each HOA to help distribute their information to HOA members. They will provide training in the next couple of months. The information would most likely be distributed through a special page on our Desert Meadows 3 website but we’ll know more after the training. If you are interested in volunteering, please let us know at info@desertmeadows3.com.
Mary Wood announced that she, Lynne Conolly, and Shirley Girod are, after many years, retiring from the Social Committee. They are very willing to answer questions and help new members interested in taking over the Social Committee.
