Dear Fellow DM3 Homeowners,
The Board meeting last Wednesday, November 15th was well attended with a good discussion regarding the possibility of a Neighborhood Watch program.

Reminders to Members:
Please bring along your GVR entry card when attending meetings at GVR facilities. It is the only way to gain entry into the closed door unless someone sees you or hears your knocks and lets you in. GVR does not allow us to leave the door propped open as was done in the past.
We are a 55+ community meaning one resident in the home must be at least 55 years of age and children under the age of 18 are only allowed to visit for a total of 30 days in a calendar year.
Please adhere to a speed limit of 25mph on the neighborhood side streets. Exceeding the speed limit poses a potential danger to community members.
Please do not park vehicles in the alleyways. Alleyways need to stay clear for utility and emergency vehicles.
Please keep after the weeds and trimming to tidy up your yards and your ½ of the alleyways.
Members interested in serving on the Board must send their Biographies to the Nominations Committee by November 30th to get on the January ballot. They can be emailed to nominations@desertmeadows3.com or mailed to: Desert Meadows III, Inc. HOA, PP Box 271, Green Valley, AZ 85622.
Dues Invoices ($35.00) and Ballots will be mailed out January 2, 2024.
